Eliana Murillo is the Hispanic Community Outreach Lead in Diversity Business Development at Google, Inc. She works with teams cross-functionally to launch programs that support diversity in entrepreneurship and small business development. She founded the US Hispanic Business Development team at Google to spearhead programs that aim to engage the Hispanic community using Google’s products and services.

Prior to joining Google, Eliana worked at Target Corporation in the food merchandising group, where she focused on internal buying strategies and supply chain optimization. Eliana currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of Tequila Alquimia, her family’s USDA certified 100% organic tequila company.

Eliana is a graduate of Harvard University, where she studied sociology with an emphasis on multicultural consumers. She also studied international business in a global program based at the University of Nicosia in Cyprus, which focused on globalization and the influence of local culture on corporations. She is originally from Oxnard, California, and is a new resident of New York City
